Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Junior engineer in network performance, network configuration auditing, network planning & design, and network automation, utilizing GreySkies complete network management and Service Assurance portfolio.
  • Work within a team who is responsible for implementing GreySkies complete network management and Service Assurance portfolio at the customer premises.
  • Perform troubleshoot and analyze various technical issues within the implementation of Eventum/Riverbed’s solutions to ensure functional operation of GreySkies complete network management and Service Assurance portfolio deployed at the customer premise.
  • Analyze and understand customer’s IT organization, requirements and processes, and use this knowledge to assist in achieving full adoption and utilization of GreySkies solution.
  • Produce solutions to fulfill customer needs within the projects schedule.
  • Work directly with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve project goal.
  • Prepare the necessary documents to ensure project successful delivery (list of technical pre-requisites to be shared with customer before the project kickoff, High-Level-Design documents, Low-Level-Design Documents, and Project Handover documents).
  • Track deliverables against the engagement schedule and report the progress directly to the project manager.
  • Ensure smooth closure of engagements using relationship with the customer to guide them to the next step.

  • Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication Electrical Engineering.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer and Communication Engineering.

Fresh graduates along with one or two years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Language

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Good general knowledge and understanding of the basics of IP Networks and data communication (CCNA R&S Topics, certificate is not a must but it is preferable)
  • Good general knowledge and understanding of the basics of mobile technologies (2G/3G/4G)
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Office Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word ...etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Linux Administration I (Red Hat or Equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of Python scripting
