Responsibilities

  • Provide SW/HW support across Eventum Solutions according to the plans.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided.
  • Walk through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Follow-up and update issues status and information.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

Education

B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other relevant degree is a must

Experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages.

Requirements:

  • Network Fundamentals, (CCNA S&R) Level Required.
  • Desktop Layer Support “HW / SW“.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Windows Services (Active Directory Domain Services - File Services - Print Services).
  • Good Knowledge of Firewall concept and appliances (FortiGate).
  • Good Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare).
  • Good Knowledge of Backup topology and applications (Veeam).
  • Good Knowledge of Endpoint Security Admin Services (Kaspersky).
  • Good Knowledge of M365 services (M365 - Azure - Intune).
  • Good Knowledge of Systems administration (Windows - Linux).

Terms and Conditions

  • Contract Duration: 1 Year, renewable
  • Reporting to IT Manager
  • Fridays and Saturdays off
  • Working hours are 8 hours per day
