Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of End User Experience monitoring solutions.
  • Install and configure agents, collectors, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Design scalable EUEM/DEX architectures based on customer environments.
  • Execute proof-of-value (PoV) and pilot implementations.
  • Perform upgrades, migrations, and system health checks.
  • Develop custom metrics and data collectors.
  • Design and implement remediation scripts and automated self-healing workflows.
  • Provide technical solutions to resolve end-user environment issues.
Operations & Optimization
  • Configure application monitoring and activity tracking.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and service-level metrics.
  • Tune baselines and thresholds for proactive monitoring and alerting.
  • Support customers during hypercare and steady-state operations.
  • Perform performance analysis and root-cause investigations.
Customer Engagement
  • Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Digital Employee Experience initiatives.
Integration & Automation
  • Integrate EUEM platforms with ITSM and observability tools.
  • Support API-based automation and data integrations.
  • Collaborate with network, EUC, and application teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
  • 3 to 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, observability, or end-user monitoring roles.
  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing technical implementations.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale environments is preferred.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

EUEM / Digital Experience Monitoring
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing EUE monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM/EUEM).
  • Experience with:
    • Endpoint agent deployment at scale
    • SaaS, web, and thick client monitoring
    • VDI / Citrix monitoring
    • Application performance baselining
End User Computing
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS internals and performance troubleshooting.
  • Experience with VDI technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft AVD.
  • Endpoint performance monitoring (CPU, memory, disk, crashes).
Networking Fundamentals
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and latency analysis.
  • Ability to correlate network and endpoint performance issues.
  • Familiarity with packet analysis tools is a plus.
Infrastructure & Platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Knowledge of IIS and web application basics.
  • SQL Server fundamentals (queries and performance basics).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
Scripting & Automation
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Experience developing automated remediation scripts and self-healing workflows.
  • Experience with REST APIs and automation integrations.
  • Ability to automate deployments, configuration, and remediation tasks.

Consulting & Soft Skills

  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical workshops and knowledge sessions.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EUEM/DEX platforms (Nexthink, ControlUp, Lakeside).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10k+ endpoints).
  • Knowledge of Digital Employee Experience frameworks.
  • Relevant vendor certifications.
