Responsibilities

Earn the confidence of customers, partners, and colleagues as a trusted advisor in Application Performance Management.
Represent our partners as a product expert on its technology.
Deploy, administer, configure and maintain assigned technology.
Ensure effective monitoring of critical business applications at customer sites.
Build and enhance dashboards, reports and alerts to meet customer requirements.
Help customers troubleshoot, profile, and predict application performance issues.
Mentor and train customers on our partner’s technologies and best practices.
Uphold Deployed solution against competitive threats.
Ability to demonstrate solid understanding of Enterprise Software deployments in discussion with clients and prospects.
Ability to provide customers with clear guidance on their adoption strategies.
Ability to execute services engagements that meet customer expectations and drive product and services expansion.
Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of technical resources to successful engagements in challenging conditions.

Education

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Communications as a major or Computer Engineering, or any other relevant degree is a must.

Experience

3+ Years in customer interfacing rolein an IT Organization (Monitoring and observability field is recommended).

Language

Fluent English in both speaking and writing.

Requirements:

Strong Networks knowledge, CCNA level or above.
Virtualization and Cloud Concepts.
Scripting Skills (PowerShell, Python, java script).
Application and servers technology.
Basic OS administration Knowledge(Windows, Linux).
Basics of ITIL and ITSM(certification is a plus).
Knowledge of dealing with APIs.
Good knowledge of Observability and Monitoring concepts and practices.

Preferable Qualifications:

Java / .Net Basics.
Advanced Linux Administration knowledge.
Advanced Cloud and Virtualization experience.
Deploy and manage applications using tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
Hands-on experience with line-of-business application/system monitoring configuration using open-source monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Jaeger, Grafa).
Hands-on experience with Observability and AIOps tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Manage Engine, Nexthink, DataDog…).

Desired Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong project management capabilities.
Must be a highly motivated energetic self-starter who excels in fast-paced, dynamic, team environments and committed to getting results.
Willing to relocate (Saudi, Emirates, possibly Europe).
